It takes a team!
The Marriage Course - 7 Weeks. Starting Wednesday 23rd July 2025
To run The Marriage Course, it takes a team of people. There are a variety of ways that people can support and contribute to the success of this course. Please read the role descriptions below and consider how you could be part of the TEAM!
Administrator - The administrator will manage registration details, collect payments and ensure that resources needed are available for each session.
Technical team – Team Leader Phil Nelson. The technical team runs the videos, plays background music and displays any slides.
Room stylist – This person will use their skills to transform the venue into a special date night experience for the guests - where couples feel relaxed and can enjoy the evening together.
Caterer and Hospitality – Team Leader Jenny Nelson. Each week 2 different deserts are served during the session. We need people to make decadent deserts. If you can help please talk with Jenny.
Servers- During the session both deserts and coffee/ hot drinks are served. We need people to serve our couples during the evening.
Pack down and Reset team - After our Sunday service a team will need to pack away the chairs, leaving us with a clear space for our stylist team to create a lovely space for our participants. Reset team will be responsible for re setting the chairs in readiness for the Sunday service. This could be done anytime after 9:30pm Wednesday.
Prayer Team - People to commit to pray for the couples each week. One person per couple would be great.
